We now offer Airport Emergency Notarization!
Almost every airline requires a parent traveling with a minor child and without the other parent to produce a notarized authorization due to the increasing incidents of child abductions in disputed custody cases and as possible victims of child pornography.
Unfortunately, you may not find out about this requirement until you check in at the airport.
Before your child travels, contact the airline and confirm the necessary documentation to avoid a hassle.
If you and the non-flying parent have arrived at the airport at least 2 hours prior to your flight, we can help you avoid being denied boarding. Or, if you know your travel arrangements in advance, we can help to make sure your documents are in order and notarized before you get to the airport.
24 hr. service is available. (Tri Cities Airport only at this time.)
(Rates depend on day and time.)
Please call (423) 299-5587.
We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note: The non-flying parent must provide a valid non-expired photo ID. (state issued ID or passport).
